Baby burrows offers three different consulting packages.  The first and most highly suggested package is called the Full-Home consultation, the next is the Specific-Area consultation and lastly we have a Phone-Call consultation.  The details for each option are listed below.

  • The Full-Home program will include discussion, analysis and recommendations to create and/or enhance the key areas within the home where the baby/child spends the most time.  Detailed recommendations will be made for the sleeping, feeding, personal care (toileting) and play areas.  In addition, we will discuss daily routines and any problematic areas that you wish to address.  See a more detailed list of what the program offers in the next section below.

  • The Specific-Area program will concentrate on one specific area of the home  that you wish to address.  We will cater the package to include information that pertains to your specific area both physically and developmentally.  Again, you will see more details about the program listed below.

  • The Phone-Call Consultation program allows discussions and analysis to be reviewed on an hourly basis over the phone.  Additional information (where applicable) will be made available through email and scheduled follow-up phone calls.
  1. The first in-home consultation will include a tour of the key areas we will address.  Together we will walk through the home and observe the child in each environment.  Baby Burrows will then make a suggested plan to best suit your child's growth and development in those areas.

  2. The second meeting will be a time to review the suggested changes to the environment and the plan of action.  We will review the most economical options for achieving the optimal new in home enhancements/areas for your child.  Following this visit we will be in unlimited email contact in addition to having a weekly phone conference (if desired) to discuss the implementation of each change.

  3. The final visit for each program will be a follow-up discussion and observation of the child in the environment.  A questionnaire will be supplied prior to the meeting  so as to optimize our time together.  A final plan will be set to ensure continued success in the new environments we created.  At this time we can discuss when the next phase and updates would begin based on the child's developmental timeline.

Skype meetings are available to those residing outside the Portland Metro area.  Additional personalized planning and assistance is available based on your specific goals and interests.  Baby Burrows is happy to customize the package to best suit the needs of your family.

Package Prices

We have three prices options available:

  • The Full-Home program begins at $1295.00
As you read above this program is best because it includes all aspects of the in-home environments.  It is the most cost efficient if you plan to reorganize and strengthen the layout of your child's full home environment.

  • The Specific Area program starts at $315.00 (per area)
This program is nice for families interested in optimizing one or two areas of their child's home, at a time.

  • The Phone Call Consultation program starts at $85.00 per hour and is available for those looking to just talk and receive advice, knowledge or creative ideas for setting up the most developmentally optimal environment for your child.

The child develops by the exercise of that independence which he has gained. In short, development, as modern psychology puts it, does not occur by itself. ‘The behavior of every individual is a product of his environmental experience’.
